Emma's party

invitations

What else would we have but a party where we could have pictures of TROY!
Because he's a Hottie!

This is a really cute bunch of girls
The cupcakes, YUM!
Meg was in heaven being a part of the group, You can see her little head trying to be one of the big girls.
The girls made spirit beads, danced, sang, and rocked the house,

Mother and son picnic

The school put on this picnic and it was so fun Rex. We had a great time. We were even first in tricycle race. I did have to drag him to the finish line in the wheel barrel race!

A whole bottle of windex later

Their were feet prints from her sliding down the windshield, but it did keep her busy for an hour!

Emma's 9 most fun photo shoot ever

We may have gotten carried away with the sunglasses!!!

Den Dollars

The kids school lets the kids earn lion den dollars when they do good things in and out of class, like get 100% on their math and spelling tests. (Rex does every week.) He would pick trash up at lunch, he loved the little grabbers they use. I don't know what else he did, but he had a ton of den dollars. He came home with these hulk hands, a stuffed tiger and some candy. We were quit entertained!

Now who do you think did most the work..... I better get an A!
He did an awesome job on his picture he had to draw of the Snow Leopard.
Man i learned a lot on my, i mean, his book report!

While the boys were at father and sons. Emma took a friend to see the Hannah Montana movie.
I thought this movie was super cute. The music was fun. So if you haven't seen it yet take your daughter.

California smells so good

The weather is gorgeous here in Cali. The flowers are in bloom, and i am falling in love with the sweet aroma of it. Katie and Brent and Eliza stopped by to say hi on their visit to the mainland, we were so excited to see them. Of course we had to take some pics of the cousins who are a month apart.

Little E looks so cute in this pic what is Levi doing?

Yes my kids are still in their PJ's. Nate was studying for his last final, Meg was sick, and we ditched church and never got dressed! One of those days!

A Mothers Day to Remember

The kids made the sweetest mother's day cards for me. I love homemade school projects!

Nate and the kids each took one of my pots i brought from our house in AZ and planted some flowers, they each chose their own flowers and potted them for me by themselves. I got breakfast made for me. Then Nate had to leave and spend the afternoon studying for his last final on Mon. It was such a special day

Nate sent me this while he was gone studying for his test.

Hi Honey! I have been thinking for a while what I would write to you on Mother's Day. Truth is, I am not really good at expressing myself and how I feel about you and the kids. To add to the problem I am not around a lot to show you, which is what I usually like to do. I think our kids have the best mom in the world hands down. I could not do what I am doing right now without you Kerry. The small amount of time I do get to spend with the kids bring me so much joy that sometimes I tear up just looking at them. You are the main reason they are such happy kids. I want you to know how much I appreciate all the hard work you do for them. I know we are not in the position we would like to be in. The only thing that keeps me from fallin apart at the seems is you and the kids. You have done such an awesome job. I know they will be successful when they grow up mostly because of you. Believe me, I will be a part of their lives. I will do the best I can. I love them so much i would give my life for any of them and I hope they know that. I hope you also know the way I feel about you. I will spend the rest of my life to be counted as good enough to be your husband. Next year at this time I will be hot, with a six-pack! ive never had one of those so it will be cool. I just adore you to pieces Kerry. I love watchig tv with you (even when you hush me because i talk too much!) and when we stay in the shower way too long, and even when we talk about nonsense when it gets late!!! Thank you for being my wife. And more than anyone else in my entire life you have seen that i have potential, and that there are good things about me. There is just no way to really articulate the way I fell inside. I hope you know how important you are to me. I guess I will end mine epistle. I love you with all my heart.
Nate

With an E-mail like that who wouldn't have a wonderful Mother's Day!

field trip

Rex's school class went on a field trip to the LA ZOO. I decided to tag along. Meg had an awesome time. She would just stand their and watch the animals, and if you know Meg she is usually trying to run, who knows where, just run, Her favorites were the monkeys! She loved that they were jumping and swinging... mmmm not a surprise there! Rex loved the tarantula and wants to do his school research paper on snow leopards.

orangutan hand print and megs
Meg was quite intimidated by the giraffe i told her to go stand by it and i would take a pic this is as close as she would get!
Why does everyone keep telling me i have my hands full?
The gorilla reserve was awesome and they were very active!

Love kids

Meg did it!
